Happy memories of fun times in the early days of the three of us going to concerts at Eric's Club and other venues in Liverpool always culminating in Neil, Dave and I racing to Lime street to catch the last metro home. In time, like everyone else, I came to appreciate what a thoughtful and generous person Dave was. He had that special quality of engaging you in conversation and being genuinely interested in hearing what you had to say. We will all miss him. Liz x
